You need Techyelp account to place an order. You never need a bank account to make purchases from Techyelp with an exception.

As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Standard Shipping Speeds and Delivery charges for techyelp and Non techyelp-Assured items vary based on the destination pincode entered.

Orders with items that are techyelp-Assured worth Rs. 1000 or more will qualify for free delivery, else, a delivery charge will be applicable.

No, however, we try our best to have your item(s) picked up by our courier service providers & get you the replacement as soon as possible.
